Order items :
The effectiveness of all orders on this website is subject to the acceptance and availability of the order. Items already placed in the shopping basket will not be reserved and can still be purchased by other customers. Orders submitted after customers select products will be paid by credit card or other electronic payment methods; express delivery fees will be automatically calculated for reference. After you submit your order to us, we will send you an order confirmation. Please note that this email is only our confirmation of receipt of your order and informs you of the actual stock and availability of the product, but does not mean that we have accepted the order. All orders submitted by you are subject to our commitment to accept them. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason in certain circumstances without liability to you or any third party. For example: the ordered goods are out of stock or do not meet quality inspection standards and are withdrawn; or you do not meet the qualifications specified in these terms. In this case, we will notify you via email and arrange a refund to your registered credit card account or other suitable payment account within twenty working days.

Confirm order :
After the product is ready for delivery, we will send you a confirmation email detailing the product information you ordered from us as well as the details and fees of the delivery service. At this time, it means that we have accepted your order and processed your payment; at the same time, the product sales contract between you and Skinique is established. The sales contract only involves the goods we have confirmed to send, and we will not be obliged to provide any goods other than those confirmed in the contract.

Payment terms :
The total payment will be displayed in the order details and will appear for confirmation before you click Submit. The amount will be displayed again in the order confirmation email sent by us. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Alipay, and WeChat Pay. During the checkout process, you will be required to fill in all mandatory information regarding payment. Please note that in accordance with our privacy policy, we will collect and store your information in an encrypted and secure payment system. This detail will be fully encrypted and will only be used to process transactions confirmed by you. All credit card payments also require authorization from the credit card issuer. Your credit card will only be charged once your order has been prepared.

Return or refund terms and conditions:
Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Generally, returns and exchanges are not accepted after receipt, except for sensitive customers (a doctor's certificate or sensitive photo must be provided, please contact the customer service officer to apply for a return or exchange). The goods to be exchanged must be accompanied by the original receipt. Items that are on sale, unsealed, used or damaged cannot be replaced. Items can only be exchanged once. The return procedure takes one to three weeks to process (calculated from the date the return is received). After the procedure is completed, the customer service department will notify the customer of the relevant details.

In case of any dispute, Skinique reserves the right to make the final decision. Skinique reserves the right to change the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
