Skinique CLUB Membership Program ( hereinafter referred to as the "Program" )
Terms and Conditions
- This plan is only available on the official Skinique website. The plan does not include Skinique products purchased at other sales points (for example: HKTVmall, wishh! and other third-party platforms).
- Membership, privileges and rewards are not transferable to others.
- When redeeming rewards, identification documents such as credit cards are required to protect members’ rights. Points that have been redeemed cannot be reused.
- All plans, rewards, benefits, terms and conditions may be changed, withdrawn or terminated by the Company without prior notice to members. In case of any dispute, Skinique reserves the right to make the final decision.
- Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of first purchase, or the date of renewal or upgrade or downgrade from the current membership level, whichever is later.
- Customers who purchase a specified amount are eligible to register/upgrade to the following membership levels
- "BRONZE" member─You are eligible if you purchase any Skinique products;
- "SLIVER" member─with accumulated spending of HK$ 500 or more within the validity period.
- "GOLD" member─with accumulated spending of HK$ 3,000 or more within the validity period.
- "DIAMOND" member─with accumulated spending of HKD 6,000 or more within the validity period.
- Members must accumulate designated spending within the validity period to maintain the corresponding membership level; otherwise, the membership level will be reduced to the corresponding level.
- Skinique reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the benefits of each membership level, including how points are accumulated.
Welcome and birthday benefits
- New members need to fill in all the information first to receive the welcome gift.
- All existing customers who re-login as members / complete verification will become new members and enjoy the welcome gift offer when they purchase a specified amount.
- Each member can only receive the welcome gift once and cannot be exchanged for other products.
- Each eligible "SILVER", "GOLD" and "DIAMOND" member can enjoy double points bonus during his/her birthday month.
- Double points for your birthday month will be updated within 10 working days after order confirmation.
- Each eligible "GOLD" and "DIAMOND" member will receive a birthday gift once a year.
- The birthday gift needs to be redeemed by making an appointment through WhatsApp to the designated partner - SKIN & Co .. When redeeming, the birthday gift email and identity document such as a credit card are required to protect the member's rights.
- The designated store address for birthday gift redemption is: SKIN & Co., Rooms 2301 and 2306 , World Trade Centre, 280 Gloucester Road, Causeway Bay." Redemption details will also be notified by email.
- The designated treatment for the birthday gift cannot be transferred or changed to other treatments, and must be consumed within the designated time period otherwise it will be invalid. Skinique reserves the right to make the final decision.
- If a member registers as a member during the birthday month of this year, he or she must redeem the birthday gift through the first purchase during the birthday month of the next year.
- "BRONZE" and "SILVER" members will receive 1 Skinique Club point (hereinafter referred to as "Point") for every HKD1 net price spent on Skinique products.
- "GOLD" members will receive 4 Skinique Club points for every HKD1 net price spent on Skinique products.
- "DIAMOND" members can earn 8 Skinique Club points for every HKD1 net price spent on Skinique products.
- Points and rewards are not transferable to others and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Points will be valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.
- Thirty days before the points expire, customers will be notified via email that all overdue points cannot be renewed and will be automatically canceled without prior notice.
- Points and rewards will be automatically updated within 48 hours after shopping or completing designated tasks.
- In the event of any disputes or conflicts related to membership or points, Skinique ’s transaction records shall prevail.
- If a member returns a purchased product, the corresponding points will be automatically deducted upon successful return; in the case of an exchange, the points balance will be updated accordingly.
Member Rewards Program
- Your participation in the Skinique Membership Rewards Program (the "Program") is voluntary and is effective until terminated by Skinique or you.
- All participants in the Skinique Rewards Program must comply with the terms of this Agreement and Skinique's policies governing use of its Program, including the Code of Conduct. Violations of this Agreement, including violations of the Code of Conduct, may result in the suspension or freezing of your Rewards Program account.
- Skinique reserves the right to void Rebate Points if Skinique determines that Rebate Points were improperly issued to your account, were obtained fraudulently or in violation of this Agreement, or were obtained by other illegal means. Rebate points may not be sold, transferred, or transferred for any reason.
- Points have no value unless redeemed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Points can be redeemed for rewards ( hereinafter referred to as "Rewards" ) launched by Skinique .
- Every 1 Skinique Club point can be exchanged for HK$ 1 . There is also a minimum point redemption unit, with a minimum redemption of 10 Skinique Club points each time.
- Redemption of any gift may be subject to additional terms and conditions, details of which will be provided to you before redemption.
- Members will not be able to earn points for products redeemed with points.
- All benefits should be redeemed on the website. Members must log in to their account to redeem points.
- Any points redeemed or used will be deducted from the membership account total and may not be used again.
- Gifts are not transferable, exchangeable ( except if such gifts are defective; in this case, the exchange terms and conditions in effect at the relevant Skinique retail store will apply ) , returned or refunded.
- Skinique reserves the right to change the gift and / or gift packaging, or to replace the gift with another product of similar value in the event of shortage without prior notice to members. In the event of any dispute, Skinique 's decision shall be final and conclusive.
- Skinique will comply with the rules of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance regarding the collection, use and protection of your personal data. All personal data collected will be used only for internal purposes and will be treated confidentially. The information Skinique collects from you will be used for direct marketing purposes such as providing product information, latest news and membership offers. If members need to inquire, change or delete some information, please notify the Skinique official website (firstname.lastname@example.org) by email.
- Skinique reserves the right to amend points and member discount details without prior notice.
- In case of any dispute, Skinique reserves the right to make the final decision.
Extra surprises, event priority and VIP Day shopping privileges
- Each member will be invited to attend brand events, and " Gold " and " Diamond " members will have priority or exclusive participation.
- Additional surprises and VIP Day shopping privileges are only available to " Gold " and " Diamond " members. Details will be provided before redemption and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
- Members need to update their personal information and be willing to receive marketing information before they can receive event notifications and invitations through the relevant membership communication methods.
